All of our products are licensed. Lucky Devil is the wholesaler & distributor for the Australasian region of the following licensors: C&D Visionary Inc., AMP Magazine, Cheetah's Records, Devast8, Rene Cigler, Heartcore Clothing and Strange Monster. All of our products are to be wholesaled, distributed, retailed, and resold in their original form, as supplied by, and only from Lucky Devil. “Original form” being the original state which the licensor has provided the merchandise to Lucky Devil.

Use of our supplied products, in the creation and manufacturing, wholesaling, distributing, retailing, and reselling as another product and/or merchandise which have not been licensed and approved by the licensor are in violation of International Copyright relations, and our terms of sale. Any violations should be reported to Lucky Devil immediately.

International Licensing & Copyrights

Amongst other agreements with the U.S.A., the Government of Australia complies with the Berne (April 14, 1928), Phonograms (June 22, 1974) and WTO (January 1, 1995) which protects U.S.A. copyrights in Australia, and allows U.S.A. copyright violations in Australia to be punishable by a court of law.

Certain products are not licensed for the Australian/Asia-Pacific region; therefore cannot be legally sold in this region. Regardless of the retail outlet (e.g. retail store, online store, auction site, etc), International Licensing & Copyrights still apply and will be pursued by the licensor. All outlets attempting to sell our licensed products which are not licensed for their region are in violation of International Copyright relations, and are punishable by a court of law.

Lucky Devil Wholesale & Distribution works in conjunction with licensors to ensure all our products and merchandise supplied to you by Lucky Devil are in their original, licensed condition, and comply with International Copyright relations.

Recommended Retail Prices

Lucky Devil provides a Recommended Retail Price guideline for all of our products. The pricing has been set to ensure all retail outlet types can purchase and sell the products in a fair marketplace.
